『祐祥』--輕型直升飛機的領航者

過去幾十年來,祐祥公司董事長林正祥參與全球各地軍民用及休閒航空展,發現歐美擁有歷史悠久規模龐大的休閒航空器市場,反觀具備高精密工業製造技術的台灣卻缺席,經過鑽研,發現國內航太相關機構及企業,受限於以往戒嚴思維模式,雖然天空開放,追求的卻都是軍用及商用航空器市場,而忽略了規模龐大,限制較少,適合中小企業切入的國際休閒航空器市場!

研發製造軍用或民用航空器,需要漫長的時間與龐大的經費,經查證美國及聯合國航空器製造法規,發現只要是屬於[實驗用][教育用][運動競賽用如奧林匹克][休閒用]的[非商業用]航空器,就沒有需要商業用驗證問題,也沒有重量限制的問題;因此在歐美,人人都可以購買組裝作為自用航空器[超輕型航機]法規更是寬鬆,為了鼓勵全民航空運動,政府將之訂位為[Vehicle],俗稱[載具],只規定重量及不得飛越住屋及人群稠密上空等尊重他人之條款,取消了航空器驗證法規,由輕航協會管理,並規定十四歲就可以申領學習執照開始學習飛行,十六歲就可取得飛行執照,人人得入門航空科技,創造了私人航空及超輕航空市場,造就了歐美的全民航空科技與經濟的繁榮。

但航空器有兩種:需要跑道的固定翼飛機及不需要跑道的直升機。林董事長長期探討發現直升機用途廣泛,適合地小山多風景優美的國家,可以滿足人們渴望飛行的夢想,成為明日航空器之星之所以未能普及,究其原因有:(1)結構複雜,(2)操控不易,(3)零件過多,(4)造價高昂等問題。如能解決這些缺失,帶來無限的經濟效益林董乃鎖定開發高技術,高穩定性的直升飛機。

祐祥雛型直升機採用雙主旋翼結構,免除尾旋翼系統,縮短尾翼,簡化結構於2005年2月首度試飛成功,表現出穩定性及高浮升力的,不但操控較而且車庫就可當直升機庫,創造了免機場/免跑道的直升機利基產品。估計未來全球的個人及雙人直升機將達到數十萬架數千億元的市場,市場範圍包括:

(1)已經擁有飛行執照的歐美日紐澳等開放國家個人航空交通市場(約50萬人,市場規模2500~8750億元);

(2)全球大專院校/職訓中心及飛行教育訓練市場(新興市場,規模不可限量);

(3)全球農林/環保市場(土石流/小黑蚊/登革熱/禽流感病媒/蝗蟲害等);

(4)全球電影/空中即時電視新聞報導市場;

(5)全球消防空警災難上空觀測指揮市場;

(6)全球漁業(如鮪釣船等)及私人遊艇直升機市場;

(6)全球海岸巡防,國土防衛市場; 

(7)全球無人直升機UAV市場

 

The Yoshine EzyCopter-- leader of personal coaxial helicopters

The U.S. Department of Transportation has published a “Basic Helicopter Handbook”. One of the chapters in it is titled, "Some Hazards of Helicopter Flight". Ten items of hazards have been listed to indicate that a typical single rotor helicopter has to deal with.  The unique EzyCopter coaxial rotor design either reduces or completely eliminates these hazards. The following list indicates which:

The reduction and elimination of these hazards are the key features for the Yoshine coaxial helicopter's safety design.  Based in Central Taiwan Science Park, Yoshine is one of the leading pioneers and developers of coaxial helicopters for both unmanned UAV and manned applications..
